In 2015, as a reaction to a trip to South Africa to witness how Rhinos were being protected from poaching, our year 13 student Chau created a piano competition to raise awareness. What she didn’t know is that it has become a tradition in Renaissance already going through it’s second edition. In 2015 we involved 5 schools (international and local) and 2 expert piano judges. In 2016 we held it as a festival rather than a competition.
The next piano festival will be in November 2018.
